Use your Worry Pal and accompanying story and journal for comfort, especially before bedtime, and to get into the routine of regular journaling. 

Doll has removable clothing for easy washing. New material only. Fabric: 85% polyester, 15% cotton. Filling: 100% polyester. Recommended for ages 3+.

My daughters love their worry pal

I got a Worry Pals set for each of my daughters, and they were beyond excited when they opened their package! I love that it came with both a book and a journal, which makes the experience even more special. My eldest has recently been scared of the dark, but her Worry Pal has been a huge source of comfort. She hugs it every night, and it has really helped her feel safer. This set is not only adorable but truly helps with calming nighttime fears. Highly recommend!

My boys love their Worry Pals and have been sleeping with them every night since we got them. They’re still a little too young understand the concept of the journal, but the short story has been helpful with bedtime worries!

A wonderful new friend!

We love our worry pal! I wanted something that would help foster conversations with my son as he gets ready to start kindergarten. We tend to have the best chats cuddled up before bed, so the journal and pal have been added seamlessly into that routine. He has even given me the pal, unprompted, and asked if I had any worries I wanted to talk about.
